| The owners, Mr.Nicolas
de Barry and his wife Elza, will be pleased
to welcome you: they offer 5 guest
rooms which are available for both
short and long stays. The chateau also contains
a special apartment with a kitchen which may
be rented for one week or more. All options

| One of the chateau’s
highlights is the “Perfumer
Atelier”: as you step through
its doors, you will be introduced to the world
of traditional perfumery, an artform developed
over the ages by fine artists and craftsmen.
This is also the ideal place to purchase unforgettable
gifts: traditionally made perfumes as well
as other exquisite home-made products are
sold here. Visits to the atelier must be arranged
in advance and by appointment. |

The area of Frileuse is ideal as a point of departure to visit other castles (Blois, Chambord,
Chenonceau, Cheverny, Chaumont and Amboise are less than half an hour by car), as well as other
less known, but equally interesting places.
